Mamta Singh is a certified Aerobics Instructor, Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist through the International Fitness Association, Florida, USA. She is currently enrolled as a student of Holistic Health Therapy. She writes for highly-visible women’s health online guides and also contributes as lead writer to many popular fitness sites. She holds Expert Author status with well-received online resources. She is also a freelance writer with more than 10 years of writing experience writing health, fitness, business and academic content. 

She holds a double Masters degree in Commerce and Business Management. Versatility is her motto as she is actively involved in philanthropic activities of the UN recognized Art of Living Foundation, making her an ideal life coach

Her current book ‘Migraines For The Informed Woman’ is available for preview/purchase on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Waterstones U.K, Deastores Italy. It will be hosted with Amazon for a short while. This book will be available in a couple of month’s time through her publisher. Mamta has been battling migraines for over a decade and by this vice alone hold the unique perspective of a sufferer who knows what the fears, questions and frustrations of other patients are. The book has been presented from a unique and positive perspective to address those issues.

Mamta loves to paint oil on canvas and is a passionate poetess and reader. Having travelled and resided in many countries throughout her life, she has picked many languages along the way. She has a fair knowledge of Arabic, Espanol and French, besides English, Hindi and Bengali.
